Housekeeping never checked whether or not I needed anything. Prior to my stay I specifically asked and requested a bottom floor room due to my current situation but I was not accommodated. I was told maybe they could relocate me to there sister company, that never happened either, nor did they call to let me know either way. Overall, I wasn't a happy person.

Definition of a no tell motel

Place is the definition of a No tell Motel. Place was not clean and the excuse of renovations is not a valid excuse. Office was locked and no one to turn in the keys. Bathroom had blood on the wall and there was hair in the bedding linen. No wifi, not clean do not go

Under reconstruction

The entire resort is under reconstruction. My room was very nice and very modern, but the exterior of the property left a lot to be desired. There was construction material everywhere plus ducks had literally pooped everywhere and they had not cleaned it up. Beware that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and when I went to the front desk to use it, I could not get it working there either. I’m sure the resort will be very nice when they’re finished with it.

There was no wifi available on the property!!! This also meant that the new tv in our room didn't work. There is no daily room maid service but with a kitchenette, I needed to dispose of my own garbage. There was no cleaning supplies (dish soap, broom, etc.) so with no maid and no supplies, our room became difficult to manage. There is no toaster, no cups, no mugs - just four plates, four bowls and some utensils. We had to go to the dollar store to buy paper towel, glasses, and other supplies. The construction crew onsite were extremely messy with garbage everywhere. The noise wasn't the issue. They worked during normal hours. The room had been renovated but there was mold in the ceiling of our bathroom which was still active. They hadn't even scrapped off the new window stickers. I would stay here again ONLY if the services were in order and my room was clean upon arrival. The room size was great as was the living room and kitchenette.

I don’t recommend

The bathroom toilet was not clean, none of the electrical outlets was working, room smelled of cigarettes bc next door tenants would smoke right outside of the door, wifi would not reach the room ( first person stated WiFi was down and they called comcast but second person stated the WiFi never reached the rooms. The manager wouldn’t approve to change my room or give me refund for first night. I was there for a business trip so I needed WiFi to connect my laptop and take private calls) I cancelled my second night after having a horrible first night with no sleep.

Resort under construction. First room one light worked. Switch when entering room did not work. Lights in kitchen did not work. Second room TV did not work. Phone number listed on paperwork for the resort has been disconnected. Could not reach the front desk to report any of the issues. Had to walk back to the front desk to speak with them. Our arrival was late about 11pm. So all the issues were unwelcome.
