Welcome to your Montana home base — a comfortable, well-equipped house in a quiet Bozeman neighborhood with Bridger Mountain views, a fire pit, and a backyard built for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Whether you're headed to Bridger Bowl (30 min), Big Sky (45 min), or Yellowstone (1 hr), this is the place you'll look forward to coming back to. Gather around the fire pit, kick back with yard games, or just relax in the backyard while the mountains turn golden at sunset. In winter, it's all about warming up after a day on the slopes. In summer, it's your launchpad for hiking, fishing, and exploring Yellowstone.

Downtown Bozeman is just 10 minutes away, with great restaurants, breweries, and shops. Yellowstone International Airport is only 15 minutes out, making arrival and departure a breeze.

The main floor features a king-bed master suite with a full bathroom and walk-in closet, an open living area, and a fully stocked kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms — each with a queen bed — plus a Twin XL trundle in one room for extra sleeping. Both upstairs rooms have window AC units for summer comfort. A half bath rounds out the main floor.

Outside is where this place really shines: a private backyard with mountain views, a fire pit, and yard games — plenty of room for the whole group to spread out.

Stayed here for a weekend visit and enjoyed the convenience to our friends’ home in the same neighborhood. Location is great and easy to get to all of Bozeman, the airport, and surrounding activities. House is simple, clean and well-kept. I would recommend for future stays.

Awesome stay

We had an awesome time at the Bozeman base camp. The house was spacious and the views were awesome. The kids had plenty of room to run around in the backyard. Location was awesome, just a few miles to Whole Foods and shopping downtown. Hikes are within 20 minutes. Communication was great. We would highly recommend!

House was nice but had many flaws. House was clean but the hot tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and had sediment on the bottom and water was murky, only used it the first night and left me itchy. Front door was hard to unlock had to pull on door handle pretty hard when putting in code. Remote for tv in master bedroom didn't work, kitchen sink had no water pressure, and coffee maker barely worked. For the price i would look at staying somewhere else

Winter vacay

Joseph’s house was perfect for my family of 5. We were already in love with Bozeman from a previous trip but Joseph’s house is conveniently situated to everything Bozeman has to offer. The airport is 20 minutes away, downtown is 10-15 minutes, Big Sky is an hour depending on the weather, Bridger Bowl is 35 minutes and Yellowstone via Gardiner MT is 1.5 hours depending on the weather. The house and neighborhood is exactly as described and we had a wonderful week. Thank you Joseph!

Worked great for us!

Our group of 5 adults stayed for a combination ski trip/college move in. The home had everything we needed. Beds and couch were comfy. Kitchen space was very nice. The skiers used the hot tub a couple times and appreciated that. Nice quiet neighborhood not too far from anything.

Great stay for long weekend

Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood for our family of 4 to use for a long weekend. The large closet and bathroom in the primary bedroom were a plus. The house is a very short drive to nearby shopping as well as historic downtown Bozeman. Owner was responsive to our messages and offered follow-up if needed.
