We are rating this property and our stay as just okay. Nothing stood out as excellent, but nothing was totally terrible either. Needs improvement: bathroom was too small, coffee in reception area downstairs was not kept hot and fresh for people like us who drink coffee throughout the day. Breakfast could be better with more variety to choose from including hot items. The a/c unit in our room was located near the window and was difficult to regulate the temperature. What we liked: the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice, the laundry room accommodating as well as ice machine and vending.

A little unhappy that I booked a room with 2 queen beds and upon check in, we only had one queen bed. The room was clean but small.

The hot tub was out of service which we were not told about until we tried to go sit in it. Also the key swiper system was down, so a staff member had to let us into our rooms, which was kind of inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a devent hotel for the price. Minimal breakfast options.

The hotel was exceptionally well kept and clean. Our room was spacious and very clean with a very comfortable bed. We absolutely loved the hot tub too. Night desk clerk Rayne was a sparkly gem and provided excellent customer service.
