There was no breakfast available to us by 9:30am. As we were checking out at 9:30am or so, someone was putting breakfast items out, way past the hours that were advertised. The pool was closed. I explained to the Manager that the breakfast and the indoor pool were the 2 reasons that we chose to stay at this hotel and that we received neither, the Manager bristled and sarcastically apologized. She was not sincere in her apology and seemed irritated that I brought it up. She was rude and not at all interested in whether we were satisfied.

The room was big and comfortable. Great shower head and quick hot water. Friendly staff and well designed lobby/ breakfast area. Great good for breakfast. My only complaint was that they didn’t ask before giving us a room in the section that is given to pets. We have no pets and would have preferred a room that never had a pet in it. The cloth stuffed chair had stains and the surface looked not to have been cleaned.

Stay was okay. We (wife, son and i) were on the 2nd floor. Couldnt even walk across the room floor without getting complaints called on us. Ended up unplugging the phone and didnt have a problem.

The room was spacious, comfortable and incredibly clean, as was the entire property! Samantha at the front desk was very personable and friendly, even coming to our rescue to enter the pool area. The pool was perfection, clean without an overpowering chlorine smell, so relaxing! Breakfast was really good, with a variety of hot items. 💯 would stay here again!

Overall it was a decent stay. We stayed 4 nights. The first morning we were able to enjoy the great breakfast provided. We didn't have the opportunity again until our last morning there. Unfortunately, there was a large group of cyclists that devoured the breakfast and left nothing for the other guests. The hotel staff never replenished anything, even though there was almost 2 hours left of breakfast. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but not the worst. I would probably stay again in the future and recommend to others.
