SMART-LOCK SYSTEM: All Gull Lake Beach Resort properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.
GUEST COMMUNICATION: After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement.
DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN: Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.

It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
