Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was nice and everything was clean. The breakfast was nice; waffles, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, toast, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, and cereal. They were constantly refreshing the food and cleaning up as well. Every day around 10 the cleaning staff would come by our room and offer to clean up, take trash, and give us fresh linens etc. They were very friendly and kind to my children, waving and smiling to them the whole time. We really enjoyed how sweet they were. The pool and hot tub were both open and clean. The water was pleasantly warm for a chilly spring day. The rooms were well soundproofed, I never heard other guests unless they were walking outside our door. Our only issues were 1, our sink didn't really drain the whole time we were there (not a huge deal but definitely somewhat of an inconvenience) and 2, after the second night the room smelled very strongly of marijuana (we don't use that, so I think it was coming from another room nearby). Both relatively minor issues, especially since the smell issue was likely from another guest. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. It was very affordable, no real complaints, and we enjoyed the positive interactions with the staff.

This property is older, but it is well taken care of and the rooms are very clean. Its in a quiet part of Branson , but just off the strip. I will stay there every time . The staff is very friendly and respectful.

We had a room with 2 queen beds booked not realizing there were stairs we would have to climb up. They switched our rooms which was nice, and those ladies at the front desk were super friendly. However we ended up with a king and a pullout couch. The couch sheets had cherrios inside and the one blacket to use had a large hole/ tear in it. They dont have the office open 24hrs, when i called to get clean sheets and a new blanket the guy who answered did not want to help me out! After arguing with him he finally said, someone will be there in 30 minutes. He brought 1 top sheet and a new blanket.
