There was an outlet by the bed that was making a weird noise when we plugged it in. We also picked this hotel for the indoor pool for our kids to swim and it was out of order. That should be shared BEFORE people book the hotel, not after. Overall, it was an okay stay for a short trip like what we had. This is not a place I would stay for multiple days.

We did not end up staying at Angel Inn because the pool was not working due to maintenance. Which we were not made aware of. Therefore we had to book another hotel because swimming in a pool was the top 3 things our kids wanted to do while in Branson. The thing that frustrates me is the denial of some sort of refund. It is not our fault what so ever that the pool was not up and running. Our friends also had a reservation at Angel Inn and requested a refund, they got their refund and yet for some reason we were denied.

The staff was great. The room was decent. When we drained the jetted tub, a lot of debris came back out of the filter which was disgusting. The picture is only about a quarter of what was actually floating in the tub. The bathroom smelled awful and had some questionable repairs. We also found three roaches in our room. There were no other bugs and the bed was comfortable, although we regretted not bringing our own pillows. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal. Pool was closed. Just a low-cost Branson hotel for you.

Room was clean coffee pot with coffee hair dryer nice indoor pool great breakfast eggs, sausage biscuit and gravy cereal waffles staff was very friendly would stay here again. Nice shower head. Towels were dated. Nice mini fridge with a top freezer. Bought a bag of ice, so we didn’t have to go to ice machines so often.

My husband’s office caught on FIRE while we were traveling. We made it to mountain home and had to turnaround. I called to cancel the 3 night stay knowing I would have to pay for the first night. It was around 7 pm when I called that we had to head back to his business and our home. We were still charged all THREE NIGHTS. Please correct this. I called and spoke to at least 3 different customer service knowing we would be responsible for the first night. Any help is appreciated.
