I did not appreciated the $27.00 'Resort Fee' that was charged at check in. Why is this not included in the overall room charge? And we did not even use the "free" shuttle it claims to cover. I feel you need to make this more transparent when people are booking rooms. Speaking of the room, it was tiny! Very cramped, there was no place to sit other than a desk chair shoved in a corner. On a positive note, all staff interactions were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Overall, ok, stay, but I was expecting more from a B.P. facility

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the place. Easy check in and staff was excellent. Breakfast was really good. Not a fan of the pancake maker. Room amenities were superb. Will be staying with them again.

Changed a $25 per day resort fee. So right off the bat I was out $75,...on top of the $770 for the 3 nights. Told me my room wasn't avaliable after charging me the $75 bucks,..then tried changing me another $50 to check-in early (we were not early).

Clean and nice! All the amenities Cedar Cove & Top of the Rock which are totally worth staying at Angler’s Lodge to be able to enjoy them all! Its great place to stay and its staff is very friendly and welcoming, Had best time ever riding the golf carts at Top of Rock ! Would highly recommend going on ride ! It was great seeing Christmas lights and the beautiful view of nature at her very best ! This place is amazing with all the joys of nature there and the gifts given to us all by God! The preservation of the earth is seen and felt in this place. Go see for yourself and enjoy all the beauty you can find there! Well worth it !
