I'm pretty sure we were supposed to have a jacuzzi tub..there was NO jets in the tub. It was 25 degrees outside, and you couldn't get to the lobby from your room without going outside..I'm 85, wasn't going out in that..room set at 65 when we got there, finally got it to 72 and then for sleeping we wanted it at 68 so the air conditioner comes back on to cool it down to 68. Ours at home would just stop altogether until the room got to 68 and then run when needed for the requested temp. I hate those lumpy mattresses...like sleeping in sand. also glad I brought my own pillow. It would have been nice to be dropped off at the lobby and gotten to our room, but the room was in a different building....what????? Don't bother with improvements, I'm sure there are other rooms available in Branson that would suit older clientele.

Room was nice, check in slow & unfortunately I did not see when I booked the $15 parking fee which seemed extreme since there was plenty of land with plenty of empty parking spaces. Just build all the fees into the room charge & stop nickeling & diming people. I would never choose to stay here again just because of that. We have been coming to Branson for 40 years-Never have paid to park at hotel/resort, also never stayed at hotel with no breakfast free or otherwise. Guess timeshare folk don’t pay to park must be in their HOA fees-nice

The property was nice! The room not so much! They stuck us in the lower level with no view except air conditioning units! The hotel had no restaurant and no breakfast as avertised on your site! They charged for daily parking!! They also made mistakes at the front desk when charging for incidentals! What a shame! I would have considered coming back to that place but after all of that, I think not!
