Hotel is pretty outdated, and needs to be renovated. Staff-all of them-were very friendly and great. For an embassy suites I was sad they didn’t have a happy hour reception, however we got a voucher for two free drinks at the bar. The bar menu was lacking and the drinks were expensive. However both female bartenders were so friendly and awesome. I was disappointed to miss the great free breakfast, thought it went until 10, but was completely closed down at 9. Parking was $20 per night, per car. Bathtub had some dark spots and needed to be updated.
Bar drinks were okay, but pricey and a little sweet.

Beyond AMAZING from check-in to check out. Wonderful, courteous and friendly staff in every department. Lots of smiling faces. A special shout out to LENNY the bartender at The Refinery. I would most definitely stay here again.

At check in I felt like I was being scolded. The person stated that I reserved an accessible room. She said that she will put me in a regular room because one was available. But, next time I may not be lucky. I looked at my reservation when I got home and no where does it show that I reserved an accessible room. The rest of the stay was good.
