Hotel looks amazing in the pictures but in person very run down. One restaurant that is just open select hours. No ice machines no vending machines. Hotel staff not very helpful.

We had a king room with a jetted tub. It was wonderful! The fireplace, shower and jetted tub were great! Staff was so friendly! My daughter and I had fun together in the arcade. Really nice place for dogs. The fire pits outside were really nice to sit at and watch the rain. Pool is NOT heated and was freezing. It really needs to be heated. It was not enjoyable at all. Crystal, a waitress in the restaurant was terrible! She sat us outside, brought our water and menu’s, then NEVER returned. After 30 mins, we left and went to the Hilton next door to eat.
