Check in, especially since I booked through a 3rd party they weren’t able to help me book a 2nd night even with vacancy’s. I feel like to get good service you need to book direct even if more expensive. They sent me to the Valor hotel instead of wanting me to book there. But it was a beautiful hotel and I was so excited the second I pulled up and then front desk really made me feel like I was bothering him so I’m not sure if I’d go back.

Room floor was not vacuumed and smear stains from a per on the bathroom floor. Moved into another room that was then occupied upon arriving at the door. The key cards were shut off 30 minutes before check out time and could not access the parking lot entrance for easy loading- had to walk all the way around to have key turned back on

Our stay at Brian Head Lodge was just okay. There was no soap for washing hands, though you could purchase a bar of soap at the front desk. Daily housekeeping is only provided if you request it. The pool area is small and outdated, and the bathroom light above the shower kept flickering on and off. There was also no body wash at check-in, but staff replaced it quickly when asked. It worked for this trip, but next time I’d rent a condo instead of booking a hotel room.
