Important Winter Access Information
For stays from November 1 through April 15, please review the following before booking:
- Guests must arrive in a vehicle equipped with approved winter tires marked with the three-peak mountain snowflake symbol (3PMSF), or carry approved traction devices, as required by applicable canyon traction rules.
- Plan to arrive by 8:00 p.m. during active snowfall to reduce the likelihood of encountering unplowed roads.
- Do not use Uber or Lyft to travel to this property. Rideshare vehicles may not meet winter traction requirements and may be unable to reach the home or return for pickup.
- The home can accommodate a maximum of two vehicles during winter. Vehicles may need to move for plowing to occur during or after large storms.

Walking times and route conditions may vary depending on snowfall, weather, resort operations, and individual mobility.

The home can accommodate a maximum of two vehicles during winter.
Winter snowfall may affect neighborhood road conditions, driveway access, and available parking space. Guests must park only in designated areas and follow all instructions from Cottonwood Lodging and snow removal providers.
All vehicles must meet applicable canyon traction requirements during winter months.

Important House Rules and Security Information
Parties and events are not permitted at the property.
Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home and are directed toward the driveway and road. The cameras are used for property safety, security, and enforcement of parking and rental policies.
There are no cameras inside the home or directed toward private indoor living spaces.
