Parking was difficult, No one was at front desk on arrival at 9:15 pm. After waiting 7 min, I called the hotel on my cell. No one ever answered. Eventually, the clerk came to the desk. I was unable to connect to wifi. After calling the front desk, I was given an outside help phone number. That took a bit of time to get into wifi. Finally, breakfast was not free.
