This property was so dirty, that we walked out. We found food and diapers under our bed. The rooms were filthy and the outside was worst. I travel a lot and this is the worst hotel I've ever seen.

The property smelled horrible. If you stay, request room on the front side, back side isn’t as well kept. Just walking past the rooms on the back side on the way to your room or. Shocked, you clothes absorbed the odor. Pizza boxes as door mats and food strung all along the walkway.

Stayed two separate times on our road trip. Rooms are average but clean and didn’t like the plastic on the beds as my sheet kept coming off. Good AC. Nice kitchen area with microwave and fridge. Quite a bit of trash out side rooms. The view was wonderful! We sat on the deck in the evening and was peaceful and beautiful! Would stay again. Nice pool area that was actually open!

This hotel looked much nicer in the pictures. The pool is only open from 12-8 pm and breakfast is quite limited. That being said, we stopped here just for the night and it was cheap and there are a lot of places to eat in the vicinity.

Hotel Review: A Pleasant Stay My stay at this hotel was highly enjoyable, thanks to its excellent service and comfortable accommodations. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with professionalism. The breakfast was a standout, offering a variety of delicious options that made mornings delightful. The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment for a great night's sleep. I truly appreciate the wonderful stay and the warm hospitality. The only suggestion I would offer is to pay a bit more attention to the exterior appearance of the building, particularly the flooring, which could use some upkeep to match the quality of the interior experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another visit. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We arrived at 8:15 at night when the pool closed at 8:00 - so no swimming, but Billy went above and beyond to make us feel better. There was no coffeemaker (you have to ask) but he delivered one along with Coffee, filters, cream and sugar to our room. We were then given a late checkout so we could use the pool that opened at Moon. Great experience.

Horrible stay

Check in was great, pool was crowded with folks who were not staying here. The attendant Billy had stated he's been having issues with that lately. This threw up red flags because this means locals are "living here". Not always bad but can be. Also, we got to the room and it smelled like it had been shut up for quite some time. We had to spray perfume to get the smell manageable, we walk into the bathroom because we here water and the tub water doesn't then we went to use the tub and it was broken. The beds were super uncomfortable and at 8 am someone started trying to get in our room. The maintenance guy was trying to get in to clean the air conditioner. Check out isn't until 11. No one advised that anyone would be coming in to our room. I called down to the desk and Claudia argued with me. We WILL NOT be staying here again.

There were flies flying around in the room. The room smelled sour all night. I couldn't sleep. The room and bathroom were too dirty. I checked in at 10 pm and checked out at 6 am. I don't know why they still have a rating of over 7. If you are a traveler, please leave them.

Not for the solo traveler or someone with kids.

We arrived late, myself and a 4 year old around 11:40 pm. What i immediately noticed is there were a lot of people just hanging around outside. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs. I did a standard bedbug check, as I do at all hotels, and noticed they clearly dont clean behind the headboard, because there were 2 roaches there. Their " continental breakfast" is some packets of oatmeal and muffins and coffee. So my son had no option for a drink with his muffin unless i purchased one from the vending machine. I wouldnt recommend this property to a friend and I wont stay here again
