Drove 3 and half hours to a cancelled reservation with a confirmation number. William at the front desk was impeccable, very professional, and caring but nothing that he could do to accommodate us. This property will be scratch from our list of places near Boulder. Excellent service at Marriott 34 minutes away in Aurora. Waiting for our refund from Expedia!

Disgusting! There was blood on ALL of our sheets including the extra sheets for the pull-out couch. Management was not concerned nor did they do anything to fix the issue besides give me new sheets so I could make my own beds. I will NEVER stay here again.

We arrive late due to a delayed flight but check in was confusing bc we entered the Hilton side not realizing they were different building. We went in and out a few times during the day and the front desk women didn’t greet us once which I thought was odd but maybe that’s normal for Colorado

Great place to stay

Great Place to stay. Breakfast was amazing. Very Clean. Very easy to get to with pleanty of parking. I used the Gym each day we were there. We also used did a few loads of laundry.
