When we checked in, Joe, the front desk clerk was kind enough to upgrade us at no additional charge. when we got to our room, We had issues with our sleeper sofa being very uncomfortable. I went down and spoke to Gabriel, the night clerk, he was quick to change our room without any questions or hesitations. We will be staying there again in future trips.
