Room was comfortable. Rooms are serviced every other day. Has a wonderful exercise room and great breakfast. Management & personnel are excellent. Our door had difficulties staying closed. We had to slam, pull or push until it shut.

Air conditioning didn't work well. The hallway was extremely (perfectly for us) cold but the bedroom wouldn't cool down and humid. The windows don't keep any noise out! Otherwise great check in and check out experience, very clean and felt safe.

I made the reservation for my mom and I however I was going to be late and my mom needed to be there first. I called the hotel to ask if she could check in for me, and they simply added her to the reservation making it easier for her to check. No other hotel has done this before.
