1) Aircondition was not working properly. 2) Bathroom was overflood do that shower drain was dirty with a lot of hairs. After a complaint with the desk reception they offer Another room but no the same as the one we reserved.

Me and my husband had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. Beds were very comfy, Hotels was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly enough- however we requested 1 extra pillow as I hve trouble with my neck but the request was ignored, we were told one would be sent up and it never arrived, on questioning what happened we were told that ‘there most probably were none to spare’ but we could have been informed of this The shower and bathroom again were very clean the only issue was the water pressure- it was extremely low. On the whole a pleasant stay and a very convenient location

I like the reception staff and services . very friendly and helpfullness . i dont like much the room cleaning services , not fill up the morning coffee stuff and not take back the dirty or used coffee cups .

Great location near the old town and good transport links. Wonderful staff, they were so helpful in planning out our day trips and always with a smile. Nice and clean hotel. I do recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Brussels.

The hotel is very close to a bunch of dining options. Parking is tight, but ok. Breakfast is great and staff are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommended this hotel.

Pretty property and very good breakfast. excellent location near to metro and walking distance from old center. The room carpet was dirty (needs to be washed) and the AC would not allow the tempetature to go below 23 C so we were sweating to sleep (it was hard locked).

Location was central, easy walk to shops, restaurants and train station. Our rooms were a good size but think this was because we had a corner room, others looked smaller. Only complaint was water pressure was poor. Breakfast had limited choices but was okay.
