While the actual beds were comfy and the room was of above average quality, the building structure showed its weaknesses at night. Very little sleep; every step taken in the room above us in Deer Lodge was loud, boomy and creaky. I swear they were trying to get their steps in ALL NIGHT and early mornings. Constantly walking back and forth. Impossible to get a good-night's sleep. The menu and prices in the restaurant had me thinking we were in for a treat. All the food was bland, some of it inedible. It's a small town, so there aren't many off-site options, so we just had to sort of go with it. We had a great time in the National Park. We will find somewhere else to stay next time.

We stayed at this property on the night of June 15th, 2025. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the entrance to Bryce Canyon. The hotel is just huge, like a little village, it has a restaurant (and the food is pretty good) and a big gift shop and mini market. The rooms are large, clean and cozy. There’s even a little lake you can walk to. I loved staying at this hotel. If I could only give one suggestion, it would be nice to have more plant based protein sources at the buffet, both for dinner and breakfast.

When we arrived we noticed immediately that the queen beds were NOT queen, but full. Maybe a queen in EU standards but not traditional queen size beds. We notified the front desk and they were no help. The location is great, staff is friendly and helpful; however, its hard when you have to walk to 3 different ice machine to find one that works. The pool was fun and big, but the hot tub was as warm as the pool which was very disappointing. Beautiful ambiance with the trees and the grounds well kept.

Old and dated, but clean. Restaurant buffet was lackluster. Didn’t enjoy hearing loud footsteps from the room above us. That said, it’s about the only show in town and worth the lack of luxury to stay so near the national park entrance.

Great access to Bryce, obviously. Large venue with dining options, ready to shuffle big crowds; the buffet was pretty good. The room was clean but nothing special. Bryce is the draw.

Felt very touristy... but maybe because it's legit... but the staff where not overly helpful. Internet issues the first day, and I had to call a customer support line - turned out the issue was *just* that I was given the wrong wifi router name. The food was... eh... it was a buffet. It was ok for dinner, but breakfast was wanting. Trouble is that there weren't many other options. That said, EVERYONE there was having a great time and was super happy!

The property location was great, since it felt central to everything, and very close to the park entrance. Multiple restaurants close by, souvenir shopping, access to rentals. Etc I do wish the activities desk had more information regarding tourist attractions, and was open longer especially around the holidays. The convenice/gift shop was huge and had a lot of great selections and some very useful things. The breakfast buffet was very good!! Bright, lively atmosphere and welcoming people! Enjoyed our stay very much!
