The staff was very nice and helpful. The location and room layout was great. Our only issues were wet carpet from (I believe) the A/C leaking (they gave us a new room), and the tv in the living room in our new room was not connected to the cable service or any streaming at all. Otherwise, not a bad place to stay.

The staff was very kind, and the floor was very quiet. The only things were the loud refrigerator which i had to unplug so my girlfriend could sleep since shes a light sleeper. There were also some rose petals left on the couch from a previous guest which tells me the room wasnt cleaned thoroughly enough. Other than that, the hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay.

No fan in bathroom. Noise in bathroom echoed throughtout the room. No pictures or mirrors in room. Only tap water available for in-room coffee unless you want to pay $7 for a bottle of water. Could not access YouTube on TV because of network errors. Noise outside at 11:30pm could be heard in room. No continental breakfast available.

This hotel was very clean and employee's were super nice! The young gentleman who works the bar and little restaurant was super nice!! He took well care of us! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Property easily located near everything you need. Room was cozy and with all essentials. The lobby arechas a lot of seating spaces, T.Vs and a restaurant. Pool area was nice. Staff was friendly. Best thing yet, they were across from Portos restaurant if you are a fan.

Check in was easy. The room was alright. It was right across from midevil times and pirates. If you wanted to eat ihop,outback rock and roll dinner, just down aways. Knotts half a block away. Only problem i had was i was called in to work so i had to cut my stay by a day .
