When we got back to the hotel each evening, we noticed the manager was very helpful and kind. She was doing everything and looked busy, but she did it with ease and was super friendly and made our stay that much better! I forgot her name, but she was working at the restaurant and in the bar area. Also, Wendy was a great bartender and super friendly! The restaurant food was yummy, and the staff was great! We will be coming back later this year!

Great Hotel!!! if you don't have kids that cry.

This Hotel is awsome everything is and feels high quality until you settle into your amazing room to find out the walls are not very sound proof due to the conjoined rooms do not recommend with little ones because when spending a day at knotts berry farm. That my newborn was fussy after returning from the park that guest in the next room opened there door and hit the room door repeatedly instead of complaining to the staff which startled my other toddler. I will only recommend if you have no children or they are at least teens. I will return once my kids get older sadly. I did complain to the staff but sadly all they can offer me was a different room but ai did not want to annoy another guest so we just had to stick it out the rest of the night.

The shower started with hot water then went to cold! The hot water never came back. It was so bad I couldn’t take a complete shower! Tripped on the drain that was below surface level. Wish I would have taken a picture because the manager said that it was fine! When I spoke to the manager she just kept saying her maintenance checked it and nothing was wrong with it! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!! The lobby was so nice…..too bad the rest of our experience wasn’t

Great Hotel

Great place and a great price. Convenient walk to Knott’s Berry Farm. The hotel had been renovated since our last visit years ago and I was impressed.

Good hotel which has been renovated on the inside. Reception team is helpful and friendly, shuttle to Disneyland is great and the cleaners are the most thorough I have ever seen. The only improvement that needs to be made is they are not good at replying to messages via Expedia and having the Disneyland shuttle schedule on display would be helpful instead of having to ask the reception team every time.

When my wife and I first walked in there were 3 desk attendants and no one greeted us. I had to make eye contact with one of them to finally check us in. Was not a great start to our vacation. There was a big crack in the sink bowl and the shower took a few minutes for the water to warm up. The water pressure was poor and not enjoyable. The coffeemaker took awhile to pour out coffee and it was cold forcing to go elsewhere for our morning coffee.When I went downstairs to get coffee at the Starbucks the barista was complaining about a prior customers order. I proceeded to just order black coffee as I didn't want my order to get messed up or complained about once I left. When checking out the light switch popped off the wall when trying to turn off. Overall the stay was poor and definitely will not be staying here again.

Our stay was great. I booked the hotel for my fiance’s birthday and everyone was really friendly and greeted us good morning or said hello when we passed by which really made us feel welcomed. The rooms were very clean and the restaurant there had great food. The hotel was also very clean especially compared to reviews i saw of other places around knotts. Even though we didn’t get to go to knotts because of the rain we still enjoyed our time and it still felt worth the stay and if I ever need a hotel around the area then i’d for sure wanna stay here again.

Nice simple stay

Hotel was very clean. We stayed for one night after a trip to Disneyland. Our room was away from the elevators but right next to the stairwell. The walls are thin and we heard the stairwell door open and close quite often before midnight. It's fine if you're a heavy sleeper. Other than that, the room was great and we'd stay there again.
