The recent renovations are amazing. The value for the condition and the location at Knotts Berry was more than we could’ve hoped. We would stay here again without even thinking about it. The staff were family, friendly, and professional.

I loved that this property was close to the parking- walking distance. I loved the price for it. I thought it was recently renovated but I could be wrong. Everything seemed kind of old except the bathroom in the mirror, the AC units were old and there was a bad smell throughout the hotel. The staff was helpful and prompt.

SPECIAL

When you order pancakes in the morning be sure to ask the chef for boysenberries and boysenberry syrup + maple Best pancakes EVER. Then on your way into Knott’s stop at the berry market and grab jam ( for bread and butter) and syrup to bring home so you can remake those pancakes again. You’ll need to pick up fresh boysenberries from your local farmers market!! My daughter and I stayed at the resort, we arrived late after our flight and the hosts got us taken care of quickly. The conversation was sweet and to the point. Our sleep was fabulous due to high thread soft Egyptian cotton sheets and the most beautiful night time view. I woke up to the most amazing sunrise from the top floor I think it was the eighth. We didn’t fill out the breakfast form and leave it hanging on the door like requested. We were tired and fell asleep. But when I called in the am at wake up, I was greeted by the chef and he took our breakfast order happily. I can’t wait to come back!
