Worth a try

We really enjoyed the hotel. It is completely the opposite of what we thought it would be like a few years ago. Only because of great reviews, we decided to give it a try. Within walking distance of Knott’s. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, including front desk, restaurant/bar, the greeters at the front door and the retail store. It was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the flatbread garden item. We will stay here again. The only real negatives are they charge for parking, and they need microwaves available on every floor.

It was okay. The staff was friendly and professional. I was a fan of the lobby, the shop and starbucks was a plus. Our room was good in aspects of cleanliness, other than the fact our room had mosquitoes near the restroom and inside of the closet. Me and my fiancé were bit within 10 minutes of being inside of our room. I would go again.
