(A) I am unhappy about the room cleaning.
The Internet info provided by the hotel indicated that they clean the room every day. I stayed there for six-nights-seven-days. After checking-in on the first day, the room was cleaned with new towels and bedding on the second day. On the third day, towels were supplied but the bed was not made. On the fourth day, the room was cleaned. On the fifth day, the room was not cleaned. I went to the counter to ask for clean towels. The man told me that they clean the room only under guest's request. I requested to have my room cleaned on the next day, which is the sixth day. He made a note on a book. When I was back to the room on the sixth day, the bed was not made and there were no new towels. When I checked out on the seventh day, the lady told me that they normally clean the room once every three (or four?) days.
(B) There are roaches. Th table surface was greasy.
(C) Noise of steps appeared above the ceiling for long time and last till late hours.
