First two sets of keyscdidnt work, and when we got back from knotts at 11pm they had to change is to another room as bathroom floor was flooded. They shoukd have refunded some portion of my room. Bathtub/showers should be replaced. The temp of shower is one temperatured can even have your shower how u like it. Lots of people hanging out on property drinking, etc

This is my second time staying there and it was as relaxing as the first time. I mostly used uber to get to and from the park and that saved us lots of money for our stay. Staff is friendly and respectful.

It looked so nice online, but only the lobby looks spotless. I booked 2 nights with my kids for a Knotts parks vacation and even though the beds were comfortable to sleeo in, the room felt musty and humid as heck. We walked in and it seems like whoever cleaned, must not have cleaned properly because there were some sort of cereal on the floor, the bed sheets had some dust on it, the floor just seemed a bit dirty. The tv had only general channels and nothing good to watch, not even cartoons for my kids. The restroom had a sliding door with a hook to "lock" it, however since its a sliding door and not a solid color, you could literally see thru the door and the cracks a bit. The wall AC system did NOT work! I turned the temp down but it still felt humid and musty in there. Then i tried changing it to the coldest temp in the window unit, and even then it felt humid. If i need to go to Knotts for another vacation, i will not be staying there again.

Get what you pay for. Floors were not clean, bare feet were dirty after walking around. Fridge missing shelves, office chair had a broken arm... But as I said you get what you pay for, closest and cheapest hotel to Knotts which is why we booked the hotel. Staff was great, breakfast was basically waffles and bagels.

perfect for a weekend trip!

check in was easy and the guy at the desk made sure to explain where the room was and the nearest stairwell. the room itself was simple but was exactly what my sister and i needed for our weekend trip. check out was just as quick and easy, the girl was very nice and explained our deposit will be back on my visa soon. overall very nice experience!

Food options there werent any. In the pictures they show a nice hotel but the reality is completely different. It looks old and sketchy. We checked out 1 day early and got another hotel.

I just recently did a 2 night stay here at this hotel, however I wasn’t too pleased with the room itself. The bed was comfortable and I did like it had a fridge. The shower head had residue on it due to age causing it not to function properly, water wouldn’t warm up, some of the blinds on the window were broken and the shower handle fell off and so did the bathroom counter handle although it was just not screwed on tight stuff like that shouldn’t happen. Also had noticeable stains on the chair. Overall for the price not too much to expect but also these are basics things that shouldn’t happen.
