Buena vista visit

We stayed at the Silver Ridge Lodge. Honestly, if I was just driving by I wouldn’t have considered it. It is an older establishment that has been effectively upgraded. Very nice features. Shower is great, beds were comfy, and you had an outdoor private entrance (not down a hallway). It’s dog friendly and very nice!

I'm not usually a motel girl, but this was one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. The room was updated, no funny odor, had all the conveniences you need, and the staff was so kind. I'd totally stay here again! What a bargain for the price. :)

Old Gem Renewed Well

Very pleased with our stay at this updated old mountain lodge. Staff were very friendly and there were good options for breakfast. Our only complaint is that the pillows were too fluffy - but the staff were responsive to our suggestion for options. We’ll be back and will refer to friends.

Nice, family owned motel. Close to shopping, beautiful Salida historic district, a must see! Only.down side to this pkace was the breakfast. Sub par. Not many selections. Rooms are lovely, clea, comfy. They also charge for early check in and late check out.

Nice place after skiing at Monarch. Appreciated the ability to book the hottub for an hour just for the family. Breakfast had some hot options but about average quality.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast host welcomed us every morning and was on top of refilling the food stations promptly. Our room was super clean and you can tell they’ve Renovated the rooms and have full size fridges. The little things made our stay extra great. For example, coffee creamers in the fridge, kcups for the coffee pot , nice hand soap and lotion and even a bottle opener. The faux fireplace in the room with the snowy weekend was perfect!! The beds could have been more comfy but they were nice enough. Will def stay here again.
