Our toilet overflowed right on the first flush. Hot tub is broken. Wasn’t even 97. Went to the restaurant for a $200 dinner and they said my fish cooked temp but it was clear and still had rainbow offense.. then they charge you for parking in a resort fee hidden after you leave plus your hundred dollars posit plus your total of the room

This hotel is very nice, the staff is really helpful and kind. The rooms were nice and not too small at all. The staff was accommodating when I needed to switch rooms. The only bad thing was the amenities. Both the hot tub and sauna were not on/working, which was truly very upsetting because I booked this trip to be able to enjoy those amenities specifically. Besides that it’s a nice hotel and I would stay again, just not hopeful for the amenities! Lol

I recently stayed at your hotel, and I quickly regretted my decision. There is a mandatory resort fee of $31.64 per day for amenities I would not utilize. When I made my reservation, I paid an additional fee for complimentary breakfast; however, I discovered that no free breakfast was available. Instead, I received a voucher for $10 off breakfast, which would only cover a fruit cup or oatmeal, and this was applicable for only one person, despite the reservation being for two. Consequently, the second guest was still required to pay. The average cost of a sandwich was around $15, and an 8 oz bottle of orange juice was priced at $7. On the third day, the lights in the bathroom and vanity area went out. I waited over an hour for the engineer to arrive, but he did not show up. I had to leave so I'm not sure how long it took for help to arrive. Throughout the day, the circuit continued to trip multiple times, which was inconvenient, particularly while using the bathroom and during my shower. Nothing was plugged in, indicating a potential short circuit. Fortunately, my son discovered that pressing the reset button on the outlet resolved the issue temporarily; however, this recurring problem should not have occurred, especially with no devices connected. The rooms lacked soundproofing, as we could hear traffic from the street below and were awakened at 3 a.m. by the horns of an Amtrak train. We were also disturbed at 7:30 a.m. by housekeeping vacuuming the hallway

Great location, very comfortable rooms, great experience! I don't have any complaints! We loved how walkable it was to downtown Burlington and the views of the water were beautiful.

Overall we had a nice stay. The elevators seemed to have a mind of their own. And the key cards did not open the pool door which is a bit inconvenient bc the doors are otherwise locked.
