Great attendant at front door- but you need a sign indicating where to enter since everyone does it incorrectly. Also- rooms are very dark - need better lighting in rooms and doors are so heavy could hardly get it open. Last - need more Gluten Free options at food locations.

A comfortable hotel in a lovely location overlooking Lake Champlain. Our room was well-appointed with a very nice view over the lake. The food in the seafood restaurant in the lobby was very good. Unfortunately, however, the food at the cafe on the mezzanine level, Lily May's, was terrible. That is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Also no bathrobes.

Only one outlet in the entire hotel room worked, and it wasn’t the ones next to the bed. Made for difficult device charging. Unexpected for a hotel for sure and disappointing because of the inconvenience there

The hotel was a good location and the staff was great- but our tv stopped working multiple times and one elevator shaft wasn’t working so a wait for the elevator with our luggage took forever. We only had one roll of tp and had to request more at 2am.

there was a leak/drip in the window which kept me up at night. I told front desk to let maintenance know. Urban destination fee was annoying because perks did not seem worth the price. only local attractions/business discount was for echo museum which we were not visiting.

The hotel property was very nice with an exceptional gym. The free coffee and breakfast was also a huge plus. The location in Burlington was great and very walkable. The staff were not very informative at check in and had difficulty answering simple questions but overall friendly and our stay was enjoyable.

Great location but lacking in basic amenities

The location was the best thing about this hotel. Beds were comfortable and room was clean, but the amenities felt lacking for the price of this hotel. There was no fridge in our room, which seems like it should be standard. The bathroom area (bathroom and hall in front of it) was pitch black at night, and could have benefited from a night light or ambient light of some kind. The bathroom was not well lit during the day either, so could benefit from a rethink on the lighting approach. The hotel advertised providing free ice on every floor, but both nights we were there we encountered multiple people hunting for ice because there was none available. The beverage area where coffee and water was provided was not working on some floors, and poorly restocked on others. Overall not a bad stay, but didn't meet the standard one might expect for the rates.
