The front desk and dining room people were very friendly and helpful. Water pressure was excellent the hot water was plentiful. The room was a little dark even with the lamps. Also a little dusty. It was a nice place for the money and time we stayed.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The staff were nice, but the hotel is in horrible shape. The photos posted did not match the type of room we received. Our first room had a broken bed and peeling wallpaper. The second room had bad, flickering lights and peeling wallpaper and smelled like smoke. They finally got us into a somewhat decent room, but there were still cosmetic issues. The fitness room had a bad leak and the locker room was sketchy with hardly any lighting. Manager was never there. The rooms were way overpriced for how horrible they are. There are signs up saying things are being updated, but no active updating is actually happening. Do not stay here.

The young man who checked us in on Oct 18 late at night was so nice and professional and accommodating. Excellent. But there were several dumpsters, garbage cans, and dog poop containers very close to our room entrance on the ground level near our room entrance. It was a terrible way to enter our hotel room. It was dark and creepy back there. Hopefully that can be cleaned up and brightened.

Our room was super clean. The front desk was friendly, helpful & professional. The breakfast had many good options. Hotel overall needs an update but its a good place for a short stay. Not happy with the price increase. 3x the usual rate because its leaf peeper season.

I’m not mad, just disappointed…

The bathroom door was busted up, the rod holding the shower curtain was falling off the wall. It was advertised as smoke free but our room smelt like they were covering up smoke smells. The bathroom ceiling was also peeling and moldy. The floor is caving in as well. Very disappointed for what we paid. $355 is outrageous for one night even during the fall season.
