We stay there when we go to Butte and they have always been great. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable. Great breakfast.

Room was loud. Not just outdoor noise but the HVAC fan as well. Had to turn off the heat to stop the fan from rattling. Woke up the the plumbing noise of the room above when the shower was turned on.

I’m unhappy because the hotels.com website says “no fees” for pets, but then I was charged $25 on site. The beds also had a weird metal sheeting around the bottoms that were nearly at the edge of the bed and easily bumped, so super noisy. Also the metal made noise if you shift while sleeping and the beds were hard. I barely slept because I’m a light sleeper. The minute the room next to us woke up, we could hear them talking, their toilet, and their shower. The staff was lovely though. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay again on my next pass through.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Suggested restaurants nearby that offered what we were looking for. Room was nice but the bathroom door would stick at times when opening and closing it.
