Noisy air conditioner. No housekeeping after the first day. They gave all the housekeepers off Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We had to take our towels to the desk to exchange for new towels. The pillows were not comfortable. The bed was not comfortable. We had to get trash bags for our trash and we used a roll of toilet paper we brought with us because we were sick of having to ask for things we should not have to ask for and should have been provided for our stay. If we wanted sheets changed the note on the door said to go get sheets at the front desk. Did not seem like a holiday vacation.

Booked a king suite but the toilet was leaking and water was standing all over the bathroom floor so we had to be moved to a double queen as no king rooms were available. The staff was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable.
