Welcome to Canaveral Beachfront Villas – Your Front-Row Seat to the Ocean! This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse is one of just two located on a rare 1.4-acre, oceanfront property with private beach access. Originally built in the 1950s by the Army Corps of Engineers—before coastal construction restrictions—this home sits further seaward than neighboring homes, giving you unmatched panoramic ocean views and even a glimpse of the Kennedy Space Center’s launch pads from your private second-floor deck.
Step out the back door, and you’re only ten steps from the sand. There’s no public beach parking at the end of the street, making this the perfect peaceful retreat for families or friends wanting a truly relaxing beach escape.
Inside, the home is decorated in a cheerful seashell beach cottage style and features a bright, glass-enclosed Florida Room with ocean views. The upstairs master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private deck with seating for four. The second bedroom offers a comfy queen bed. All beds are outfitted with pillowtop mattresses, quality linens, and fresh towels. A full bath upstairs and a half bath on the first floor (with a washer and dryer) make it easy to accommodate your group.
The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and includes everything you need down to the drip coffee maker. We provide beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, All-brand non-scented laundry detergent, and dryer sheets to help make your stay easy. We also provide hospitality-sized soaps and basic starter essentials to get you settled in—you’re welcome to bring your own favorite full-size products for the rest of your stay.

Dog-Friendly Policy: We love dogs and welcome up to two well-behaved pups under 60 lbs (give or take a pound or two!). A pet fee applies, and dogs must be house-trained, vaccinated, and flea/tick treated. We ask that pets remain off the furniture and beds, be leashed outside, and be rinsed before entering the townhouse. Local laws prohibit dogs on the beach during lifeguard hours unless they are service animals. Early mornings and evenings are perfect for beach strolls with your pup, just like the locals.
Guest Responsibilities:
Trash must be taken to the bins on the south side of the building. Pickup is early Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please ensure the bins are out by the curb to help keep things clean and pest-free. Notify us of any damage or malfunction before checkout to avoid charges or miscommunication. Only flush the provided Charmin toilet paper. No wipes (even “flushable”), sand, hair, grease, toys, or anything else. Yes, we’ve had all of these—and we’d rather not again! Clean the grill after each use, including the grease tray. A replacement is provided in the storage area. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or around the townhouse.
We know some of these rules may sound humorous, but they’re here because we’ve seen it all—and we want to ensure you and every guest who stays has a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
