Clean rooms with very comfy beds and plenty of room. Only one set of elevators which are slow and layout of hotel meant walking the entire U-shaped distance to get from front desk to our room but overall stay was great. Tip: if issue with Wi-Fi connecting (like all 5 of our devices,) connect and go to www.(ISP NAME).com to complete connection. Staff kindly attempted to help fix but ultimately I had to call ISP (I forget the name) which had me follow step above to resolve connection. Easy fix once given proper steps but unfortunately only after much spending too much time and experiencing frustration from troubleshooting.

PLEASE USE THIS REVEIW TO STOP YOU FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKES WE DID. Paid over $300 for one night in a nasty hotel room. Shower door was broken, AC didn’t work. Uncomfortable bed. Not worth even trying to fix just to leave the next day. The info on Expedias website is INCORRECT about the parking fees. It is actually slightly HIGHER than parking at the port. AND it’s first come first serve. Shuttles are horrible, inconvenient and poorly ran. Still sitting here as I write this, riding around the terminal 45 min after getting on because they don’t know what they are doing and are trying to shove more lost people on all over the port because they told everyone the wrong information. I just want to get to my car and leave and never come back to this hotel/shuttle service again. Great cruise destroyed by the onboarding/off-boarding process.

The amazing days in a hotel

Our shuttle from port got us there a few hours earlier and she upgraded us from a regular room to a suite for the same price as a regular room. The place was very clean ans all the staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and it is always great to wake up and have breakfast, and coffee was always available. The swimming area was amazing

Breakfast area in the morning was disgusting. Coffee was mostly hot water. Room was ok. It would have been better if the bathroom was cleaner. Hallways looked like new carpet but was already coming up in areas and fray. The front desk person was great. Very friendly.
