Night staff lied to me by saying there is a charge on water bottles but 2 were complimentary ( morning staff told me). Shower water in bathroom was cold. Had to take shower in cold water early morning. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone!! It ruined my first day of family vacation.

The air conditioner was leaking so the floor was wet in our room & it smelled terrible. Stayed here 7 years ago and loved it, but it has definitely not been maintained.

Great place to stay before our cruise. We could pretty much see the port from our room, and the drive to the ship the next morning took all of 5 minutes. The hotel was busy but didn't feel that way, the staff were nice and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this as a "night before the cruise" place to stay.

FL residence bucket list to see Kenn Space Center

Front desk was great to switch our room when we told her the fridge was not working. Gave us a king suite, very nice. Downside was nightlight for bathroom very bright at night with no door to close. Also microwave light same, too bright at night, but we hung a washcloth on it to dim. Unfortunately, jacuzzi out of order - main reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast food ok, I have celiac so not alot of options which I assume at any hotel breakfast.
