Very clean and in excellent condition. The pool was large with a spacious deck. It's a "beach style entry" so there's a place for every level of swimmer. The dining are is huge and the breakfast pretty good for a hotel. This hotel caters to people going on cruises, so they have a lot of options for transportation to and from the port, which is about 10 minutes away. However,because of this, there are a lot of people who can be quite noisy in the hallway. It isn't enough to ruin the stay, but it happens. Otherwise, it's an exceptional place and the best place to stay if you're going to the port.

Great location, clean and spacious facility. The breakfast has opportunities for improvement, It should have been warmer and more abundant. In overall the hotel is a good option for a night previous to a cruise trip. Recommended!!

Apparently the people before us froze up the air conditioner by turning it down too low. We didn't know this until after we checked in showered change clothes and we're ready for bed. Maintenance offered no options. So he asked for a fan which was brought to us. There was no mention of moving us to a another room with AC nor any reimbursement on our room. They should take better care of their customers.

Front desk customer service was beyond friendly. This might sound crazy, however one of my biggest complaints about other hotels are their pillows being flat and uncomfortable. Their pillows were almost more comfortable than my pillows at home. The breakfast was pretty good. Perfect place to stay.

Great hotel for our family of 6 to stay prior to a cruise. Plenty of room even with all 6 being adults. Loved the breakfast in morning and proximity to cruise port. We dropped off rental car across the street night before and our daughter was able to drop us off in the morning and cruise. T he en go back to get the rest. Only took 10 minutes to get back and get on board.
