Excellent customer service. We were a rather large and difficult party (first time cruisers). The staff helped us to print and attach our luggage tags. They were also able to accommodate us on our very early check-in’s not once but twice with a reasonable compromise.

Pictures look great

The overall Motel as not good. Marketed as a resort but the rooms open to the exterior. The air-conditioner didn’t work, but did squeak quite well (difficult to sleep with noise). I will say the room has been refurbished and was very clean. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Paid for a king room but got a double queen instead. There was food outside of peoples room that were there all night and morning. There was a hole cutout of the ceiling in the bathroom then screwed back in the room was 85 degrees when we got there and only cooled to 77 over night.
