We had a handicap room but the shower was a high tub to step over, the tub was very slippery as was the shower chair. Definitely unsafe for me with no hip. Other than that everyone was very nice and helpful

Very large property. Elevators used to ge to the upper floors but one was out during our stay, making us use one for our Grandma that was with us. Nice pool area… tiki bar and bar/restaurant at location was convenient for adult drinks.

The pool area was amazing. Our son enjoyed swimming. There was a dj playing fun music. There was also a bar outside for drinks. We stayed one night before our cruise and will definitely be back.

Everything was amazing a the staff was great. The only 2complaints I have is there’s no microwave in the room so you can’t heat leftovers up. An one night they closed the outdoor pool bar down because some one said it woul rain an it really never did in fact the pool was packed
