We stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise. Great atmosphere, definitely a joyful, celebratory vibe. Excellent pool and hot tub! One thing that want great was the shuttle to the port cruise. Late and complete chaos. Skip it and call an uber.

I did not eat breakfast but upon arrival the hotel was noisy and I was not greeted warmly. Everything was very matter of fact. My room was in the furthest possible building. Not happy. My room was very nice.

Wasn’t a bad stay. We checked in before our cruise. Front staff was very helpful and friendly. Amenities were nice. However, first room, we had a lot of ants in the room and we couldn’t sleep there. The staff was able to move us to a Second room and there were no issues of ants present however walls must be thin as we heard a lot of noise throughout the day and night. Great support setting up cruise shuttles. Hotel is currently being renovated which is good.
