The resort was a great location if you’re going for a cruise. The facilities were great, my room was recently renovated. The only issue was that we had to reprogram our keys a few times every day.

The pool is nice but the property has a very confusing layout. You're given a map to navigate to your room, at check in, but it doesn't help much. Especially after a long day of traveling. Furthermore, i was appalled at what they consider clean for a $200 a night suite. Soap scum and grime in the kitchenette sink and shower. An inch thick of dust in the corners, walls that need washed. The toilet barely worked, the chain kept disconnecting and not flushing. To boot, no temperature control in the suite. I would NOT RECOMMEND. There are plenty other properties in the area to choose from.

The hamburger i got the first night was too rare I eat but the restaurant was awesome and have me a really great meal which I really appreciated. It was a really relaxing time. I wish the site works have shown we needed to make a reservation 48 hours in advance. Your third party shuttle works not take me to the hotel even though there was room and works not answer their phone. I had to pay $141 for a taxi. Lesson learned. I thought the Radisson works have had a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. But I had no idea you had to make a reservation to get to the hotel. Lessons learned the hard way.
