Were not made aware parking had to be pre booked and couldn't be done outside Mon-Fri business hours. We booked on Saturday for same day due to hospital emergency for family member. Were informed of nearby parking which was more expensive due to Rugby and didn't have in-out option. Property was very good.

This was a great place to stay for two nights when visiting Cardiff to watch the rugby with family. We had two apartments; they were brilliantly located, extremely functional and clean - which is exactly what we needed them to be. Luxury apartments they are not - and the price was very high because it was an international match weekend. But I’d definitely recommend as a base to stay and hang out.

It’s a great place in a great location, I wish the parking restrictions were made clearer as we ended up paying an extra £50 to park in Sophia Gardens for 2 nights. I would definitely stay again I would just be sure to book the parking next time.

Great value and super convenient

Was a really nice place. For the price of a small hotel room you can get a whole apartment. We didn't use the kitchen but looked like good quality. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean. We did self check in so the codes to access the building and the room key was sent via WhatsApp. Communication from the Spires team was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect location! Would have been good to have been told about pre booking the parking. But apart from that was a lovely stay 5 minutes walk to the castle and stadium.
