DISGUSTING

This place is DISGUSTING. The smell of cigarettes in the halls, in the supposedly "non-smoking" rooms all smell like smoke. I asked for another room they had nothing available. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, I had no choice but to check out at 5am next morning after 1st night because I couldnt breathe all night because the smell of smoke in our room. I had to cut my trip short because I was unable to get another room at a different hotel. This hotel is disgusting!!!!!!!

I had a reservation for a handicap accessible room. When I showed up the manager on duty said that there are no handicap rooms available. I was outraged since my husband is in a wheelchair and we booked the room well in advance. He did refund my money which was the right thing to do. We couldn't find another hotel room in the vicinity so we ended up going home.

On the positive the staff we interacted with were polite. Property was dated and rooms had various half done patch work to cover old holes in the walls. Bathroom had mold/mildew on the ceiling and the shower head wasn’t even centered so you had to lean against the wall to shower. Talking to locals they said that the hotel is normally much cheaper and price was inflated due to the car events taking place this weekend. For the price I paid I would have expected a much nicer, cleaner facility I would definitely spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else.

Bad buisness trip

The outside for 1 looked like the homless stays there and its trashed out the building. The breakfast is limited and most of its stale and very not good. They need to lower room prices of room definitely not worth the stay.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was very outdated, the light fixtures were broken, the outlets were not working, the patio door didn't lock I had to go downstairs about this, and I guess it has a switch at the bottom that you have to hook it on. The rugs in the property had a bad odor. The bathroom faucet was leaking, the safe was on top of a box, it just was not a great experience.
