We were there in Aug and construction was going on, so the restaurant was not available. This time still no restaurant, and now the lobby was in a makeshift room in addition to still no restaurant. I also inquired about 13.00/day amenities charge. They said it was for the pool, which we certainly wouldn’t use in Dec. It just had a feel and look of being under construction and not very polished. We also were given 1 wash cloth for 2 of us and when I called the next morning to ask for new towels, none had come when we returned back, so I called again and they delivered some immediately. So I would say only average overall. Sorry.

No wonder it was so cheap! Lobby under construction. No pool towels. Pool was dirty. Room felt dirty and AC did not work. Beds were not the best. Tile floor was throughout the room and it was gross.

Nice view of the pool from the balcony. The kids had a good time at the pool. Pool was clean. Nice clean room. The beds were too soft though. Shower pressure was excellent. Close to restaurants and right across from the premium outlet.

Terrible. Heater didn’t work. Room very cold at 62 degrees. Shower would not drain at all, so, I had to cut my shower short before it overflowed. Tree/stumps in the parking spots in front of my room so lugging bags a long way in the evening hours was a hardship. Room was dirty. Very disappointed.

Lots of bugs and roaches by the door and windows. Floors were also dirty. We had to sweep the floors ourselves everynight. Towels were not available when requested after 2 days of use. The location would be the reason for the 3 stars. Love that it was near the fwys, accessibility to the Windmill Food Hall and the outlets.

The welcome email advertises a Legoland shuttle, heated pool, restaurant — not true when we got there. And the marketing team enhanced pictures to make it way more beautiful online than in person… But all that said, I liked that we could walk across across the street to shopping and restaurants. The inside seemed updated and pretty clean. Even though the pool was cold, my kids enjoy swimming.

Huge complex! Only negative is that was a LONG WAY from the parking lot to my room. The Front Desk person be sure to point out "Building X" -- couldn't make out the Room Numbers - they could be easter to see, and it was dark by the time I landed on the property. Outside of that, it was great - I'd do it again.
