The Carlsbad Premium Outlet with more than 100 stores is just cross the street. There are flower field and beach not far. Quality of hotel match 3 star standard. The speed of deposit return to guest card needs to improve.

We love to stay here for a family gathering. Our room, unfortunately, was less than Desirable. No weather stripping so the entrance was dirty. The dead tiny black nats were everywhere. We requested mopping, then an ironing board then a blow dryer. We love the Food “Hall.”

The room was clean, bed and linens were good. The staff was very courteous. The towels were small and thin. The decor seemed a little sterile/sparse. The hotel is clearly under renovation, which I was not aware of when I booked.

Good: Located in Windmill food hall with 10+ multi cuisine restaurants, good food. Located opposite to outlet mall and <1 mile from Legoland Lot of open parking, car can be parked next to your room Bad: Room service was not attentive, need to chase them but still they were reluctant to service Suite picture in Hotels.com was misleading. It had a divider between bed and living room but actual room did not had any, we paid more for a suite but it was just a standard room with sofa. I gave the feedback during check-in but hotel did not contacted me to fix it.
