Located on a 400 acre lake known for great fishing in Pearl River county at the hub of New Orleans, The Gulf Coast and Hattiesburg. This unique cottage has the living area, full bath and galley kitchen downstairs and 2 full bedrooms with a loft and half bath on second floor that opens to a deck facing the lake with sliding glass doors.
The living area and kitchen have tons of natural light with glass sliding doors to a porch and deck facing the lake as well.
The property is shaded at the entrance with parking in front of the entrance to the home and opens up to a big open yard for fun and activity to the lake, covered pier for your fun and relaxation. 2 Kayaks and a paddle boat for your enjoyment.
