One of the last places i would choose

Staff at check in was okay. Staff in the morning horrible. Housekeep ladies were great. Not much of a breakfast nothing hot. They had two coffee containers which one was taken at 8am i went back for a second cup with the last container they had it was empty. The receptionist at the desk wasnt very welcoming. I felt like i was in her kitchen getting her food. Is how I felt. But, that may just be me. Overall if im not getting a week there i wouldnt stay again.

3 stars for service due to having to get your own clean towels and take out your own trash or get charged for it, but they have housekeeping. Never seen this type of service at any other hotel.

Not the greatest experience. Booked online a few hours before arrival. Didnt get to the hotel until around 10:30 or 11 pm. Was given our room only to walk in and find the room given was completely torn apart because whoever was cleaning it hadnt finished. Went back to the front desk and was given a different room. Found a bug in our daughters bed (Roach - not bedbug). The sheets has some stains on them as well, prompting us to sleep clothed under the blanket only. We were told there would be breakfast in the morning downstairs, only to find a couple of individually wrapped cereal bars, a couole muffins and coffee/tea packs to make individual cups with. We skipped breakfast and went to a restaurant. Ive stayed at quite a few hotels like this one before but this was the worst ive been in.

Lamest Breakfast of any hotel.

This hotel has the lamest breakfast I have ever seen. I would not even call it a breakfast. More like an extremely light snack. If you are booking this location for breakfast, FORGET IT. They had small strawberry yogurts. Small bags of Oatmeal, but zero bowls, spoons or milk. Some coffee. I didn't see any juice. The people at the front don't seem to care beyond doing their basic job of checking people in. They don't appear to be very happy at their jobs.

Continental breakfast was just muffins, breakfast bars, and cereal. No milk for cereal. TV didn't work in our room and neither did our bedside lamp. Lightbulb and shade visibly hanging loose. Bathroom and kitchen was clean. Beds were comfortable.

When we arrived we waited at least 3-4 mins before a staff member came out and once she came out she was very short and rude. We finally checked in and the first room we were assigned had no power and we experienced some weird vibrations so we had to move rooms the 2nd room was ok not as clean but we had to deal with kids running and bumping all night long we were not able to get any rest or sleep. I will never stay again
