The rooms smell weird and the rooms were no vacuumed and the floor was super dirty they also messed up the rooms and gave us the wrong rooms. The stay was alright but no as good a we thought.

The room wasn’t having a phone working, the personal for the day was rude and disrespectful. The personal don’t give any solutions of the room issues. And let kids jump and play after 11 pm getting at 3 am in the morning and I couldn’t get a night sleep in the hotel in all my stadia in the hotel at all

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home. The room was cozy and comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. Plus, the hotel warmly welcomes dogs, which was a nice bonus.

We loved this stay for years, but recently there maybe a change of management. The staff who work there before, who are still here, stay constantly great and friendly, we know each other on first name basis. However, this time, the breakfast doesn't taste as good, and both days were serving same food (it used to be different from day to day, 2-3 kinds a week). The biggest ding is the hot tub is going away! It was our highlight of our snowy days in our winter trips.

Great waffles for breakfast in the morning. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. We have an EV so the ability to charge was awesome. Would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the best. Hotel is very nice and quiet, however, ac unit was very noisy. Luckily once the room cooled we didn't have to use it anymore. Shower head was very high and not very good pressure to rinse hair. I stayed here when it was new, now it looks a little tired. Still a very convenient place to stay.

This was one on the nicest place we ever stayed at! The general manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome and satisfied. We had on instance where we locked ourselves out of our room and the manager handled very respectfully and very fast. We will stay there again and again!

The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. We had two beds one it was like the springs were going through it every time you moved it was extremely loud The people next to us had a dog that was barking We were on the first floor and upstairs. The people were stomping on the floor all night long and it finally stopped around 3:30 in the morning.
