The bed and pillows were heavenly!! I was very disappointed with the variety at breakfast. Would have liked bagels and cream cheese and little packets of peanut butter. The TV was difficult to get started.

Would Stay Here Again

I'd stay here again. It's a nice hotel and the room was clean and comfortable. The Hardman House was a bit dingy, but it's totally fine and the staff was friendly. We paid an additional $50 for a pet. Not sure how we missed that when we set up the room because we look specifically for pet-friendly rooms when booking.

I checked into the hotel room on June 14th left the same day. Staff was polite and friendly. Its an older hotel which I dont have a problem with but the state of the place grossed me out. As I walked to our room the ground was covered in stains in the hallway. We were put on the 2nd fl. I get to our room and it's disgusting. Carpet in the room more stains and furniture stains. So I check the bed more stains. Went down stairs to ask for the bedding to be changed and they complied. Met back with my husband showed him the pictures and we decided we rather drive home. They refused to refund us fully or even partially because of the 48 prior cancelation policy. However, I feel that is not fair when you do arrive and things are unacceptable. I would not have been able to stay there. I get policies but that is gross. Pictures on the website don't match the rooms unless you are on the 3rd fl. 3rd fl we were told was remodeled but not the other floors yet. False advertisement to me if not the majority of the facility match the pictures. If it was minor here and there with it being an older facility I would have been fine but it was everywhere. I have a low immune system due to medical issues and that was beyond my safety level of cleanliness. No thank you. Revise your policy. How convenient, trying to add real pictures to this review and the system won't let me.

Been traveling for 2 months and the was my second worse night stay in a hotel room. The air conditioner didn’t work and it was in the nineties outside. The elevator was very scaring as it had a sudden jolt when stopping at each floor plus sounded like it could breakdown any minute. The staff was very slow and not real friendly.

It looked good from the outside but the inside was pretty run down. Our room was ok but the sheets and blanket hand not been changed in the pullout bed for our son and had to change it ourselves. Super hard pillows. And the worst part was no air conditioning. Very dissatisfied.

Clean but needing some updating. Room was simple, fridge was fine, AC BROKEN so too warm and microwave broken. There was a very minimal breakfast but lots of options close by. Plenty of warm water and good pressure for the shower. Would stay again if they fixed the AC.
