When I first walked in there were 2 men hanging out the lobby last at night. The hotel was very noisy the people in the room next to me were very loud. There were bugs in the room I seen crawling in the ceiling

Walls and ceiling were paper thin !, no tv stations to choose from,,, had all kinds of coffee and when went down in the morning all were gone except one…for some reason Expedia has no choices except handicap rooms …second hotel I booked this month was handicapped…. Water went everywhere in the shower…..

We never got our room cleaned the first night so no towels to take a shower the next morning and the water was never hot enough to even take a pleasant shower. We complained and our room was cleaned the next day but the water was still cold. Spoke to a few other guests and they said the same thing "No hot water". I would not suggest this hotel !!!!

Original room that was booked and given to me was not cleaned at all by the time I arrived for checkin (this was at 11:45pm. Checkin started at 3pm that day. Had to go back down to the front desk after opening the room door and discovering that the bed was unmaid, trash was all over the room, tv and lights were left on, etc. They gave me a different room which was a double double room, and I paid for a single king/queen originally. Breakfast was alright. They didnt have many staff to clean up the tables after patrons were done eating so tables were pretty dirty.
