Check in took over 35 minutes, and we were the only one in the lobby. Our room was very, very cold upon entering. The loud, blowing cool air “heater” never got the room to a comfortable temperature all night long running on highest setting. The tile floor was like ice! The white towel looked blood stained. The box spring on the bed was broken. Tv didn’t work properly and the area around the property was filled with litter everywhere! The waffle maker was broken and at 7am, when we were leaving, the coffee from their container was room temperature, not even warm. I sadly am not making this up. Just terrible.

The pros: pleasant staff, check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and the bathroom as well. Comfortable, left early did not shower. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The room warmed quickly when heat was turned on. Cons: breakfast is non-existent. I had meds to take and would have liked at least instant oatmeal. No juice, nothing but coffee, waffles and cold cereal. Savings grace McDonald’s is in front of the hotel. The TV would not work, instructions for the tv were on top of the microwave. Couldn’t figure it out. No wi-fi. Not sure if it is not provided or if Verizon was an issue. I would call prior to staying to see if wi fi is available if it is an important issue. IDK if i would stay again. Pool and hot tub are closed for the winter.

Hard to get TV to work. Couldn’t get it on at all the night we got there. Shut it down and back up in morning it worked.We checked in on line and had to do it again when we got there. We stay here about once a year this was the first time there were any real issues.
