Wow! Surprised this is a Hilton
I’m not sure where to begin as the experience was less than agreeable. I guess I will just give the highlights, or in this case, the low lights. First of all every single parking lot light was out completely so I had to walk my dog in complete darkness and every guests car was parked in complete darkness. Secondly, my dog picked up about 20 burrs from the dog walking area. They were sharp and hurt and had to be cut out of her coat. When I brought this to the attention of the Front desk person she said “yeah that’s the kind of weeds we have here.” with a shrug. I was put in a room two doors down from the pool and exercise room and so it was very loud right up until 10 o’clock when they closed. There are no signs that direct you to where the ice machine is. And in fact, it is in the laundry room, which is marked “laundry room”. I had to go to the front desk to ask where it was. when I checked out, I told her that it was probably the worst stay I’ve had it at Hilton and her response was oh, I’m sorry to hear that. She did not ask what went wrong. She did not ask if there was anything they could’ve done to make my stay better. She did not offer to make it up to me in anyway. On the bright side, the gentleman that checked me in was very courteous, respectful, and professional.
