Room was very nice. Avocado bacon grilled cheese ordered in the bar was huge and delicious. (Enough for next day) Unfortunately our check in was less than pleasant. I checked the pet rate when booking on Hotels.com. It was $20. At the hotel I was informed their price was $50 and manager would not honor my booking price. I was able to get this resolved by contacting the Regional manager but overall front of desk personnel in the evening not pleasant.

Our room keys never worked, we had to go to the front desk multiple times to get new ones, and even the new ones struggled to work. If we ran the air conditioner in our room, there was a loud clicking noise that occurred every 45 seconds or so. It was loud enough that I couldn't sleep. I finally turned off the air conditioner because it was easier for me to sleep in a really hot room than it was to listen to the noise. Also, the food at the hot buffet is mediocre, at best.

The rooms were great like always. The front desk staff was a little lack luster this trip though not as polite or courteous as I’m used too when I stay here. Overall not a bad stay though
