bathroom cleaner was rude and disrespectful when my son needed the bathroom. we asked respectfully if bathroom was open and he started yelling and being rude. also i paid expedia my money and the hotel charges me also because they didn’t hear anything from expedia. now i am told to wait to next week to see if manager will refund me. i’m out almost 400 due to double charge.

When checking in no information about hotel amenities was provided (like the pool,free breakfast, snacks to the business floor which we booked and shuttle service). The other staff we encountered was very helpful and pleasant. Hotel needs updates like new bedding, carpet and a deep cleaning throughout.

Amenities and other stuff

A $40 charge is added to your room rate for "amenities", to be refunded if you use none. But what are the "amenities"? Nothing in the fridge and nothing to eat or drink laying around that they could charge for, so what, steal a towel or wipe down your motorcycle with one? Nobody could answer the question. Although they have a restaurant, it was never open during our two stays. They say the menu is the same in the bar......not much to choose from. No TV guide for stations, so you just have to hunt and enjoy analog viewing, even though they use Direct!! Internet was good. Parking is good. The cleaning staff only visits every other day, so keep your towels dry.

The girl at check in was about as unfriendly as they come. Then, what is the smell in the hallway? The room. Not clean. I think they wash their linens in poison. No other way to describe that. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all, had to call and have that done. The chemical smell didn’t allow for sleep and only caused headaches. The pool and hot tub were filthy. This is a $50 a night hotel at a $200 a night price, and that’s being generous.

This place has excellent potential to really be a nice location for the right price. The pricing for a night is high compared to what the property offers in comfort and cleanliness. A good deep clean all the way around, maintaining the exterior doors and grounds, performing some interior painting and carpet changes would make this place really awesome. Great size, pool, etc. But it fell short.

The lobby, floors, and room smelled like old bus stop, with cigarette smoke, body odor, and old carpet trying to be masked by windex and bleach. Room was no better than a motor lodge, stained carpets, small bathroom, bad caulk, worn linens and towels. We stayed several nights but did not get our rooms refreshed until our departure. Dark parking lot with several groups of people resembling crack addicts walking about. Not worth the money spent with other options in town.

They were all around the best experience for a Casper hotel. They were very understanding about my friends dog who had been injured and had to be taken with us after the incident. Safe all made sure that the dog was okay and loved on him when we weren’t in the hotel room

Nice hotel one crappy employee in morning

The lady who worked Moring shift on 7/30/25 around 9ish. She was very rude and ignorant and it was bad enough I told her you know what I'm going somewhere else because I won't be treated like that . All I wanted was to book another night ! .she said lmy reservation is none existent even me proving her otherwise she would not take no for a answer .
