My granddaughter and I were in town for a concert and stayed at the radisson. Check in was a breeze and the room was clean and bed was very comfy. If I ever have to come to Cedar Rapids again I’d get a room at the radisson on Collins Dr.

Very beautiful hotel. After we checked in we were told the TV was not working. No explanation given. The next morning the TV still was not working. When my husband inquired of this he was told due to renovations on the 7th floor the TV would not be available..had we known this we would have chosen a different hotel.

The staff were friendly and accommodating with a room change request. The hotel is going through a renovation and there were some plumbing issues that I think will get solved once that work is done. Breakfast was great!

Beautiful hotel but they had no tv or internet and no climate control for over a month i checked out and went to a different hotel i feel they should not be renting rooms until they get these issues fixed it was miserable

The room was spacious but not clean. The shower curtain was ripped so you had to hold it in order to shower. Water leaking onto ceiling tile and light was causing tile to sag. The TV also did not work the entire stay.

I attempted to check in early, even suggesting paying an additional fee at quarter to one on my check-in day and the front desk who I was talking to in person said that they had no rooms available and there was not one car in the parking lot and I already had a reservation and I needed to get my mother to the hospital And have the room set up for her return I get to the hospital for a doctors appointment and they were gonna release my mother and I had to get back there and have her set up and ready to go when we returned explaining that in an email a day prior even getting no response. When she told me that there was nothing she could do there’s no way she could get a room ready I asked her if I could then cancel the reservation. She said sure no problem and she did a few things on the computer like three or four swipes and then I said is that going back on my card she said yes it should and there’s been no indication that there’s been any kind of refund or return of any sort And requesting a response to this comment in getting my refund. Thank you, kindly. Most respectfully, Christopher Jackson.

Gross!

This hotel was absolutely gross - outdated and dirty. Including dirty bedding! The mini fridge was exactly where the picture shows it was. Not even in the cabinet. We left and did not stay there. We tried to check out on our way out but there was no one at the front desk and we could not find anyone to help us.

Nice hotel, was able to check in early. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Currently remodeling which will be a nice upgrade to the space. Front desk staff were not the best but not the worst. Major downside was no cable TV: did let us know upon checking in, but would have been nice to know beforehand.
