I specifically picked this hotel because it had a shuttle from the airport and it has breakfast. When I arrived at Dulles, I called for the shuttle to pick us up. I was told the driver would be be there in 20 minutes. About 35 minutes later, a shuttle showed up and about ten people tried to get on the shuttle. I told the driver I had called and my party of two was to be picked up 15 minutes prior. He said he didn't get a message of my reservation. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes for the next shuttle to come (this was an hour from when I originally called). I found out when I checked in at the hotel that the shuttle didn't run in the morning until 7:00 am and breakfast didn't start until 6:30 am. Since we had an 8:30 am flight, we ended up getting an Uber and having breakfast at the airport.

Disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the room given the price. Thermostat in room did not work, peeling paint in the bathroom, pipes bang loudly when shower hot water is running, and filthy floor. Overall, underwhelmed.

No in room coffee

The staff are adequate, seem as you are an announce in the day. I have in this hotel several times over the past year and on this visit I found they no longer provide in room coffee. My first thought was I’ll have to stay elsewhere. Decided to bring my own pot, location is great.
