Said they had airport shuttle pick up - but when I called the number it was busy and no one ever picked up, so I had to uber and it was $30 out of pocket additional. Room was smelly - it smelled like cologne overtop a smoke smell even though it was a nonsmoking room. Room was dirty and noisy - the walls were thin and kids were running up and down halls late at night.

Staff was very nice and helpful at this hotel. The room was a little outdated and needed some work. Nice area that seemed safe. I would stay again because of the staff and proximity to the airport.

This feels like a property that is in desperate need of a refresh. Walked in and people are hanging out in the lobby with their bare feet on coffee tables, gross. Took 35 minutes just to get my room. The room itself was fine and clean but the whole property felt dingy.

Very friendly and responsive staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best of any hotel. Adequate parking to accommodate all the guests. I’ll stay there again.

This hotel was very well located to Dulles and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. I got a better price on Expedia than direct booking offered. All in all, it was a really good stay except there was a minor infestation of tiny ants on the nightstand. Probably taken care of by now.

It wasn't a bad stay. Our room held a dampness that made the room smell moldy when we came in. Thank heavens for air freshener. Then one morning we went to eat breakfast and there were buses full of children at the breakfast bar. We had the funeral that morning and couldn't get through the breakfast line.
