Great place to stay. Quality for the Price.

I was mostly well pleased. Coffee pot did not worki and I advised the front desk at leaving. Very Professional, Clean, very good Breakfast, loved the waffles. The Coffee not so good 2 X, fairly good two times. The Desk and house keepers were Excellent I liked the free Epoch News Paper. The Pillows were near Horrible, lumpy.

When I searched to book the trip I had 3 things…1-inside pool and got tub. BOTH non functioning the whole week!😩 2-breakfast-no bananas all week😩 3-shuttle from airport-we had too early of flights to use this😩 Lesson learned to call vs book online😩

Questionable Shuttle Service

The hotel is an inexpensive (relatively) location near the airport. The hotel itself was acceptable, but the shuttle service was pathetic. It only runs starting at 7:00AM and only on the top of the hour. I had to take an Uber even though the train would have dropped me within a five minute walk for my meeting. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for a pickup at the airport. Avoid if the shuttle is important.

Not clean/ harmful chemical smell

Hotel smelled of chemical for our whole stay. Felt dangerous to breath. Room at checkin had hair still all over one of the beds. Bathroom has dirt and grime in the corners and felt dirty even though it looked to be cleaned by the staff. Overall it wasn't a great stay. Wish I would have loved it since it was a great area for DC. Will look at different property/business for our next trip

I specifically picked this property for the pool a paid the higher price than other properties and it is closed. No where in the description of the property did it say the pool was Closed. My children were looking forward to swimming and were upset.

The facility itself is well-maintained. That they have a coffeemaker in the room made my experience much better.(As you can see, I like my coffee first thing in the morning). The included breakfast is what I expected. Their location, too, is an added plus...near dining and shopping. Front desk staff is approachable and pleasant. And it is the Steven Udvar-Hazy Air Museum. Overall, I am pleased with my stay.

Wingate vs Extended Stay

Moved to the Wingate after staying at Extended Stay a few nights. Extended stay was disgusting and similar in cost. Breakfast at the Wingate was free and fantastic. The rooms are clean and hotel is beautiful. Would recommend the Wingate in Chantilly to any one.
