The receptionist named Beverly was upstanding, professionalism was amazing, she was truly knowledgeable with immaculate customer service etiquette. You need a Ms. Beverly in every Hyatt Place in The country. Give her a pay raise, she’s definitely deserving of it!

Toilet was stopped up after 1 flush, part of the wood came up and out of the wall which is very dangerous with young children. The tv kept kicking us off and signing us out of everything at least 6 times in an hour and 99% of time the tv remote didn’t work.

The bathroom was so small you had to get in the shower or next to the toilet and wall just to close the bathroom door. The shower had someones hair in it. My husband had to fix the sink so it would drain. The couch gave me a rash sitting on it. No microwave in the room. For a Hyatt it was very disappointing. Would not stay at this hotel again. The only thing going for it was the breakfast and friendly staff

Staff very nice, breakfast was good It did have more hot options than most. Only one elevator working so very slow. Extra sofa sitting area was nice room felt larger. No safe or microwave in room. Air conditioner ran all the time didn’t seem to adjust on wall thermostat. Indoor pool was nice and warm enough to swim. Overall descent stay

Clean and spacious room. Hospitality was great, daily greeting from every member you met. Pool was warm. Breakfast was hot and served for a longer period. Only complaint was being in a room where the trash was collected/emptied at 450am several days during our stay. Will go back.

I drove there from NJ. It was a 13 hour drive. Upon arriving I went to my room to freshen up. I opened the door and the room smelled a bit musty. I went downstairs, to get a chicken sandwich. I went back to my room to eat my chicken sandwich and discovered it was chicken wings. Ugh. Night 2, I ordered the chicken sandwich that I was supposed to get the night before, and they did not have any bread to make any sandwiches. Ugh. Night 3, I tried ordering a chicken sandwich again, this time they had bread but no chicken. This scenario went on for 10 days. Unbelievable! I finished my business so I decided to checkout two days early. This was a whole new problem. I booked my stay through Expedia. When I went to checkout, the staff told me I would have to get a refund from Expedia for the two days that I already paid for, so I called Expedia while standing at the front desk. The person on the phone from Expedia clearly told me, while on speakerphone, that the hotel would have to refund me as they ran my credit card. The hotel was steadfast that Expedia had to refund me. The representative from Expedia told them directly, from my phone, that they had to refund my money. They hotel staff personnel then said they couldn't do it as they were not authorized and their manager would have to do it. Of course, the manager was not in that day. I have yet to receive my refund. On top of all of this, my room always smelled musty. I would not recommend staying here.
