Oceanfront 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath - Perfect!! Once you arrive at this clean, well-appointed condo, and sit out on the wonderful porch swing watching the waves, listening to the ocean & feeling the breeze, you will never want to leave!

Perfectly located oceanfront and directly beside the newly built Folly Beach Pier; you can park and never need to drive during your visit, or hop in the car and be in downtown Charleston in 20-25 minutes. If you like to fish, walk next door to the pier. Folly Beach town center is one block away with many popular restaurants and shops, and there is a grocery in walking distance.

Excellent accommodations for a small family, couple's vacation, or “girls or boys” getaway. Sleeps 6. You have everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation. You will LOVE the swing bed on the porch!! The master has oceanfront view & access to the balcony, king bed, TV, walk-in closet, large master bath with garden tub, shower & dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, private bath with tub & shower, & TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, attached 3rd full bath with tub & shower, & TV. The living room has a large flat screen TV, & access to the covered balcony facing the ocean.

There are a washer & dryer in the unit; free Hi speed WIFI & Cable; 2 reserved parking spaces; the elevator right outside your door make moving luggage and groceries a breeze; use of the downstairs storage for your beach items, & the owners provide beach towels. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. There is an outside shower & direct beach access right beside the building, & a lifeguard station on the beach directly behind the condo.

Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. Please contact us with any additional questions.
