You will LOVE the swing bed on the porch!! The master has Oceanfront view & access to the balcony, king bed, TV, walk-in closet, large master bath with garden tub, shower & dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, private bath with tub & shower, & TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, attached 3rd full bath with tub & shower, & TV. The living room has a large flat screen TV, & access to the covered balcony facing the ocean!

Washer & dryer in-unit. Free high-speed WIFI & Cable. The unit has 2 reserved parking spaces & access to storage downstairs for your beach items. There is an outdoor shower & beach towels provided for your use. Direct beach access is right beside the building & there is a lifeguard station directly behind the condo on the beach. There is an elevator right outside your door to make moving luggage and groceries a breeze. This unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. **Elevator will be under construction January & February 2027.

*Pet fee is $125 plus tax, per dog, with a 2 dog maximum. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
