Perfectly located Oceanfront and directly beside the Folly Beach Pier; you can park and never need to drive during your visit, or hop in the car and be in downtown Charleston in 20-25 minutes. If you like to fish, walk next door to the pier. Folly Beach town center is one block away with many local restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Excellent accommodations for a small family, couple's vacation, or “girls or boys” getaway. Sleeps 6. You have everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation. You will LOVE the swing bed on the porch!! The master has Oceanfront view & access to the balcony, king bed, TV, walk-in closet, large master bath with garden tub, shower & dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, private bath with tub & shower, & TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, attached 3rd full bath with tub & shower, & TV. The living room has a large flat screen TV, & access to the covered balcony facing the ocean!

Washer & dryer in-unit. Free high-speed WIFI & Cable. The unit has 2 reserved parking spaces & access to storage downstairs for your beach items. There is an outdoor shower & beach towels provided for your use. Direct beach access is right beside the building & there is a lifeguard station directly behind the condo on the beach. There is an elevator right outside your door to make moving luggage and groceries a breeze. This unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators.

*Pet fee is $125 plus tax, per dog, with a 2 dog maximum. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. The location of the property is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, beach shops and the pier. The property needs some TLC. Broken patio chair, missing slats on vertical blinds, scuffed woodwork, stained towels, broken front door lock, rust covered pillars on patio, etc…

Spacious clean property with beautiful views of beach and access to fishing pier and Main Street with restaurants and shopping. Cons: very noisy from the remodeling going on in the unit next door. Main tv in living room was not working three of the days we were there. Porch swing unusable because it as so waterlogged

Perfect Folly location.

We’ve stayed in a couple different units in this building. The exterior and elevator are showing some age the unit was great. We had some horrendous neighbors for the first two nights but it was just the two nights - I think others had complained about the noise until nearly 4:00am I would like to see “No Smoking” on the balcony’s as the smell from our neighbors cigarettes really wasn’t appealing - perhaps smoking could be limited to the ground level?

Had a Small issue with hvac-sent repairman immediately Twice we had boxed sweet/doughnuts on the counter(closed properly) and ants got in them The area is very crowded on weekends but easily accessible to many shops and restaurants Next time we will stay farther down in more residential area

Perfect beach vacation!

Fantastic condo in a great location, direct ocean view and quick walk to all shops and restaurants! We really enjoyed Folly and the classic surfer beach town vibe. Locals were so chill and friendly too! We had an issue with the refrigerator but Carolina One Mgmt was quick to address this with prompt attention.

Gorgeous view, but won't be staying here again

I stayed here in September with my wife and our toddler and we'd like to leave an honest review so that future travelers can know what they are walking into. First, a few pluses: -The view is absolutely spectacular -The condo is in a great location, walkable to plenty of shops and restaurants -The condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies -The beds are comfortable And some not so great things. -The unit was incredibly, painfully LOUD. The condo is located directly across from the elevator, which is excruciatingly loud when in use, and two of the condo's bedrooms are right at the front of the unit. What this meant for us was that whoever slept in those bedrooms had a horrible night of sleep. Even with earplugs in and our travel sound machines in, the rooms literally vibrated every single time the elevator was used. It was so loud that we actually had to move our toddler into the master bedroom just so he could get some sleep. -Speaking of the master bedroom, it directly overlooks the beach, which is right where the massive pier construction is taking place. Other reviews mentioned that the construction starts at 8am; we did not find this to be true. Each morning at exactly 6am the construction vehicles started traveling in, which meant incessant beeping and crunching noises. While I appreciate that the host was transparent about construction taking place, I would have appreciated knowing that it begins as early as 6am. -The unit was not very clean; we called the property management company day one to let them know that the floors were extremely dirty. Our toddler's legs and hands were literally dark brown just from crawling around the living room floor for a few minutes. Yuck! -Several lightbulbs were out & the blinds in the master bedroom were missing several slats, as well as the device to open and close the blinds. -Knowing that we were traveling during hurricane season, we chose to purchase vrbo's weather insurance. Well, turned out a hurricane was coming directly for us during our stay, and therefore we needed to leave two full days early. The management company offered to do nothing, and when we contacted the insurance provider, they told us that they can actually only refund you if you STAY THROUGHOUT THE HURRICANE and it turns out you lose power. I mean....what sense does that make? So you have to risk your life in order to utilize your insurance benefits? This is unacceptable. Overall, the view was great but we will never return.

Perfect location and perfect accommodations!

This condo is directly on the beach. It has the most amazing porch swing bed/bench that is perfect for reading a book and watching the ocean. My husband and I were even able to enjoy a rainstorm cozied up on the swing. I can’t explain enough how awesome the screened porch is. Inside, there were three bedrooms with three baths, although we only used the master, as it was just the two of us. The master bedroom was perfect for vegging out and napping after a day at the beach you could hear the ocean making it a perfect peaceful rest. The master bath is updated with rain shower and “wall-less” shower. It was a different for me, but was very nice and I wasn’t cold showering like I thought I would be. - Only minor thing- bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut- easy fix, and very minor but worth mentioning if you’re staying with small children. The kitchen had everything we needed- we made spaghetti one evening. The rest of the time we walked to local restaurants. The location is in the heart of Folly, so you can walk everywhere. The location is perfect. Pier construction: there is currently construction on the pier which is directly beside the condo. I was worried it would be noisy and and ugly and wake me up (I was looking forward to sleeping in). It was neither during our stay. I could hear a faint beeping noise of trucks backing up around 8:00 a.m. and occasionally a few truck engines, but nothing louder than that. And it was nice to lay and bed and hear the waves in the morning. On the porch (and on the beach) it was a bit louder but not enough to compete with the crashing waves. It was neat to watch them put the pylons in the water, and watch the crane move large objects. And I could easily position myself to have the construction out of my view if wanted. During our stay, they were working close to the end of the pier, farther off shore. If they are working closer to shore, I imagine it may be louder. Also- worth noting, beach access is directly beside the condo, it is closed until 4:00 while construction is going on. We didn’t have to walk far (just underneath the pier restaurant) to access the beach. If there was some place closer we didn’t see it. It would have been nice to access the beach closer but not that of a deal, as we didn’t have to walk that much farther. Again- the condo is in the perfect location. Everything was perfect and I am already looking forward to the next time we can book it!

Very convenient location

The location in the middle of everything is perfect if you don't want the hassle of finding parking. Beachfront with easy access to the water and town made it perfect. The condo was clean, well appointed and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals.
