The room, staff, and stay was great overall! Upon check-in, the room we were assigned to had not yet been cleaned from the previous guests, the front desk staff immediately reassigned us to a new room and notified housekeeping of the mix-up. I do wish the water in the showers was able to get a little warmer but that is just a minor inconvenience. The breakfast was yummy, all of the staff we encountered were great, the parking was easy and accessible, outlet mall less than 10 minutes away, short drive to downtown Charleston, overall a great stay!

The young lady at the front desk could checked us in was very personable and professional. Check in was very fast. The room was large, comfortable and extremely clean. Very very close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again the next time. I need to catch a flight. We were only there overnight and left very early in the morning so we didn't see the area at all. It looked like there were plenty of dining options close by though

Nice place

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Large rooms. Only con is bathroom doors are frosted glass rather than solid panel which causes whole room to light up if someone uses it at night.

Pool was very small and in the parking lot. There was a smell in the hallways of masked urine and my room smelled like man's cologne. Neiter was super overpowering, but I don't think I'd stay again. The people were great.
