We definitely enjoyed our time at the Boardwalk Inn. The rooms could stand an update, but they were clean and perfectly fine for our time there. Specifically the TV - needs streaming capabilities and casting capability to keep up with the times. We loved the option to text guest services when there was a quick question. Great perk and well managed with quick response times.

Customer service was excellent. Overall environment was excellent. The bed in our room was unacceptable. I do not like complaining, and we tried our best to tough it out. We ended up checking out around 3am and are cutting our trip short now because of how horrible the bed was. Unfortunately, we wont be back to the sweetgrass hotel because of this.

We have visited this property multiple times a year for the last 13 years. It’s an amazing property and area. However I always have to spend time away from my vacation to address an error in my charges. And I mean every visit. This visit is no excpetion.
