Welcome to unit #342! Our Newly Renovated 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a queen bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The open concept living space, entails a full size kitchen featuring a full-size fridge, a range with an oven, a. dishwasher, and a microwave. Everything you need for cooking in the spacious kitchen.
With seating for 7 and the ambience of a fireplace, don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. Great getaway!

Was happy to arrive at a clean and cozy unit. Had all the amenities we needed for a great 4 day stay. The short walk to downtown was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing! The building staff were very friendly, housekeeping were very attentive (if we needed towels etc…). Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

From the balcony a great view of round lake, downtown, drawbridge, and adequate space for the 4 of us if we just sat and chatted. We could not operate the stove, and all 4 of us gals tried. The listing stated there were 2 twin beds, but found only 1 king and 1 queen in the separate bedrooms. The king bed was so comfortable my sister requested the name of the manufacturer. Our walks to town, and Lake Michigan were short and sweet.
