Located on the Loop in scenic Chatham, this house rents Sunday to Sunday.

The large living room opens onto a deck with casual seating. The well appointed kitchen/great room opens onto a second deck with a dining area. Both decks overlook conservation land with an abundance of bird life and sea breezes off nearby Stage Harbor. Comfortable beds with new linens, two Wifi enabled TVs, high speed internet, Bluetooth stereo and a study loft complete the picture.

The Loop has become a Chatham institution favored by walkers, runners and cyclists. The straight Cedar Street section then winds down to scenic views of Stage Harbor, past the Harbormaster's Office and Town dock, then climbs back up to Oyster Pond. Or turn onto Bridge Street to make your way to the Atlantic beaches and along Shore Road, returning to the house through town.

The house is a 5 minute walk from the public landing at Battlefield Road. The beach there is a popular spot to launch a kayak or stand-up paddle board or simply to frolic in the protected waters of Stage Harbor. The house is a mile from family friendly Oyster Pond Beach and a little over a mile to the restaurants and shops of downtown Chatham.
