Took too long to check in. Found trash in our ice bucket. Tried to call desk to get replacement but no one answered phone. Had to go down to get a new one… desk clerks didn’t know where they were. We finally got one but the ice machine on our floor was out of order. Breakfast was skimpy which was disappointing. I’ve stayed here several times… not sure I’ll stay again.

We left my wedding ring on the nightstand and was told that they had searched for it. Both the front desk and housekeeping. Only to go back and ask they gentleman who had rented the room after us to have a look, and he found it in the exact spot we described to them on the phone. Which was on the nightstand. Which leads us to believe not only is the service shoddy, but housekeeping isn't doing their best to clean the rooms

Very clean hotel and room. The A/C was not running correctly (loud) and had a very musty smell. The quality of the pillows could use a significant improvement. The shower pressure is set to be very very low. A few more investments in the property and this could be a very nice experience.

Breakfast was typical and ok. Hotel is near express way and our room was on that side… there was periodic highway noise. I’d request a room on the front side of the hotel… or a different hotel. Hotel staff was pleasant and the facility was neat and clean.

The bldg itself is new and beautiful and clean. The front desk staff at 8:30 pm. on Sat 10-18 ensured I will never be back. We had family who stayed next door at the Holiday Inn and we will always go there in the future. I asked for four towels and explained we had the Do Not Disturb sign on our door that morning and used all of our towels. The Caucasian man was not responsible as he quietly listened but never responded. The African American man was extremely rude and hateful. From the minute I stepped up to the front desk he seemed angry. Long story short he told me I cld only have two towels not four unless I walked upstairs, gathered up all of the dirty towels and brought them back to him. I responded "never-mind" and as I started to walk away he said " We have to have a towel count!" and continued until I rounded the corner. I am a 63 year old woman who has never stolen a dime in my entire life. Why would I ever bother to steal even one dirty wash rag, much less large towels. Is he so ignorant as to believe I was manipulating him in order to STEAL CHEAP HOTEL TOWELS? I don't give hard earned money (over $250.00 for two nights) to places who hire people who enjoy insulting guests. The most important employees in the hospitality industry are the front desk employees. I suggest they move this gentleman back to the laundry area to wash and fold or cooking in the kitchen. He is too disrespectful to encourage guests to become RETURNING guests.
